Upcoming Event: November 5, 2026 | 8:00am - 4:00pm
KF Centre For Excellence.
The Courage to Go Bigger.
OFFSITE is Accelerate Okanagan’s flagship event for founders and C-suite leaders. This November we’re taking it to new heights at the KF Centre for Excellence, home to one of Canada's leading aerospace and aviation collections.
This edition of OFFSITE is about overcoming the moment you start losing altitude, when lift disappears and comfort takes over. We'll dive into the personal side of scaling beyond 'good enough,' and what it takes to push past the comfort zone and reach bigger goals.
Why Attend?
Connect with other founders, leaders, and innovators in a retreat-style setting
Do the real, personal work behind pursuing bigger goals
Take part in panels, fireside chats, and an interactive workshop built for honest reflection
What's Included
Real conversations with founders and executives
A full day of programming at the KF Centre for Excellence
Breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day
Closing networking and happy hour to end the day
Speakers and sessions details will be announced soon.
